You can simply hit CTRL+F in trainer.ini and type in KeyBindingsDisabled=0 > click Find Next then replace 0 with 1 and everytime you start the game keys will be disabled.

 

 

you need to open up your Trainer.ini or your config file for trainer and scroll down untill you see /////Default Section/////  inside that section you will see something that says keybindingdisabled=0 you want to change it to =1
