I am new to the mod world and will be downloading lcpdfr but what all as far as police cars come

with the original download ? and if I have some I want to add could someone let me know how thanks so much God Bless all !

In short no, new police vehicles do not come with the modification, you'll have to add them your self after downloading them. Do a quick search on YouTube and you'll find a pletheria of videos pertaining to what you need that make it very simple to learn how to add new models to the game.
