Hi, I'm going to start off with the fact that i am a noob so i'm going to need some help! I was just wondering when i play Grand theft auto 4 and I go with a to hit with a  or punch a pedestrian they dont lose any health the first bar will go down then immediately regenerate and they keep getting back up. The pedestrians die if i shoot them, run them over and with a knife they don't die via bat or fists. So if someone could just help me that would be great thanks

Oh yea that's normal. The only way you can kill then is by doing anything but that. Melee weapons are used to take down suspects. Excepts knives. Knives stab things. Like people.

well i don't think LCPDFR is the problem because I've never had this problem until i installed a couple of scripts

Yeah I have bravehearts, I guess that's  the problem. Do you think they are aware of this so that they can fix it in the future?

They are aware. They did that intentionally because in real life if someone is beaten up very rarely do they actually die. They do this assuming you're playing as an officer and not a civilian. If you wanna go fist fight I recommend start up a clean copy. There probably will never be a fix for it.
