I just installed the iCEnhancer from GTAInside (http://www.gtainside.com/en/download.php?do=comments&cat=386&id=44120) and it seems that everything is working as it should, other than one problem. It's staticy-looking as shit. Especially at night time. 

 

 

Any advice on how to fix this problem?

I am also using Icehancer 2.1 but I don't get that problem. I know you get static when you change to extra sunny 2 in the weather. That's all I know.

Thanks for responding! I figured it out. It fixed it self majorly when I unfroze the weather. Also, our games must be a tad different because Extra Sunny 2 was the only one that looked good.
