Hello Guys! I know nothing about modding but one of my mods have a problem, And I

was wondering if you guys could fix it for me, I myself cannot.

I would be VERY happy and thankfull. lol

I downloaded a LCPD Van made my Lt Caine. But it's incompleted therefor the interior is completly white but that doesnt bug me, My problem is that sometimes like...80 % of the time the vehicle has no lightbar on the top... Like if I get a high wanted level or call for NOOSE Backup in LCPDFR the van will most likely arrive or chase after me without a light bar on the roof, Can anyone do so the light bar is always present?

I also understand since Lt. Caine made this mod we cannot really give it out without crediting him at least. Or can anyone fix it for me. According to the readme we are allowed to modify the files, But I myself can't.

I know there are many other and better LCPD Van's out there, But I love this Speedo model and it has the amazing Blue / White Scheme.

Again thanks alot if you guys can fix the lightbar for me.

Also if possible, The dirt texture is bugged so when it gets dirt a huge black box will appear on the roof texture, Could you remove dirt? Never cared much for it anyway.

Uhm, dunno if editing the textures would be enough, I'll take a look at it later, I need some sleep :p

Meant to comment on this a few days ago, completely forgot. As far as I am aware, editing just textures isn't enough to remove dirt from a accumulating on a vehicle. I believe that the game, unless there is a specific dirt texture included inside of a vehicle texture file, will automatically give x amount of dirt over y period of time. There is a generic vehshare texture file, but this does not contain anything in terms of dirt accumulation. I suppose, it may be possible to place a dirt texture (such as chgr_dirt, found on a dodge charger texture file) and make it transparent. Not sure how the game would respond to this, though.

@Storm

Maybe if your texture file does have a dirt texture, You could try making it transparent? It might just end up making the vehicle transparent, though.
