i buy the game and install it but i dont play.... its not log in and also put play offline but its not load only cursor change to disc and then nothing i have windows 7 64 sp1 i know that not for this but you know evrything for the game plz help me......thanks

I am not really sure I understand your problem. Have you followed this list?

 

 

• Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - This sometimes fixes a wide variety of issues
• Make sure that you run the game as an administrator.
• Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only"
• Ensure that FirstResponse.net.dll is in the SCRIPTS folder and that AdvancedHook.dll is in the GTA IV ROOT folder.
• Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder
• Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the SCRIPTS folder.
• Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the automatic installation.
• Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself.

the problem is for tha hole game no for the lcpdfr.......i can't start it i dont install lcpdfr

i install it 1.0.7.0.  i click on icon then open a window for launch game and click play online or offline either and nothing wtf....!!!!

It's a legal copy, right? 

Also, check if you have both dsound.dll and xlive.dll in your main directory. If you do, remove one of them.
