Hello i was wondering if you could help me,

 

I have recently tried to install first response to gta iv but every time i do the GTA IV says it cannot respond (Close Program) i have checked all the Read Only settings on the folder still dosent work i havent got any crack installed i have got the latest version the only car mods i have installed is the Double Dopper Ultimate Met Police pack. using Spark IV even when i do not have it it dosent work.

 

Please could i have assistance on this issue.

Are you running the game as Administrator? Did you save a modded car at the safe house? 

I have tried both running the game as an administrator and i have not left a modded car at safe house. 

 

I am currently trying to re install the game so i can run it again but i would still want to do first responce i have tried installing it and it hasen't worked

the same thing happend when trying to install the native trainer

Perhaps a dumb question, are you using all the files needed for mods? C++ library, NetFramework etc?

Try removing Double Dopper Ultimate Met Police pack and see if it works! Just copy the backup over the modded file that you previously made :)

Still doesn't work

is it because  i am not using Steam

I think it has something to do with tested with LCPDFR and all worked apart from when i chose the API Loader and LCPDFR Taser

You need to update the game to the latest patch! I know you said you had it installed, but the report says otherwise.
