I have opened the correct place in SparkIV and wanted to replace my Police2 with 1 of these > http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/3653-2x-2010-crown-victoria-police-interceptor-liberty-city-police-department/#

 

However Police2 doesnt exist. See Screenshot.

 

How can I make this new police2 model show in TBoGT?

 

Also, where is the wtd file for police2?

    You're in the vehicles.img for TBoGT. Get out of that scroll up a bit and you'll find the Vehicles.img for GTA 4.
