i finally got my game to work after it kept crashing and as soon as i installed a new car to my game it gives me this

anyone please help i also went back to how it was b4 it crashed and its still crashes

Are you currently running any mods? Is it a legal copy of GTA IV?

It is a legal copy of GTA IV, bought DVD. Patch 7 and I do run mods (it is a clan mod pack and they work for fine for everyone else).

I use ELS V7 I think and the native trainer. The game worked fine for me with trainer and mods and stuff working and when I staretd it for the 2nd time it just crashes after the loading screen where it says "Loading Game" (the black loading screen after the slide show) nad gives back this error.

 

Does anyone have any idea?
