Need help picking out a ENB to use

Right now in game i get roughly between 37-42fps. The list supplied are my computer specs from my first custom build. Im looking for a ENB that is not too bloomy, dark, bright.... but overall a really nice ENB to use. i don't know alot about ENB's or id be able to check em out myself. All the help i can get is nice. thanks for reading an hope to get some help.

    some great specs I would check out nutts enb and game4videos enb those two look good but also make sure you back up your game folder first before installing any enb just in case or if you want to swap them out later
