Help Game Crashing

Hey guys so I'm pretty new here and I have been reading and watching all I can about LCPDFR and troubleshooting it ect ect and eventually (two days from when I started trying to install it all lol  ) I was able to run the game. However, I recently encountered a problem with it. So I did a routine traffic stop which quickly turned into a gunfight. I took cover in my CVPI and was calling for NOOSE backup on the Police Computer, when suddenly my game crashed. I used the diagnosis tool I found here and I posted an error report along with this post as an attachment, but here it is in plain text here as well below this. Anything I have installed in the game is as follows: the game itself(GTA4), LCPDFR, Indicator script, Traffic Flow, ELS, and the LCPD Police Pack. Is this sorta thing normal to encounter, or is it a problem with the game? Sorry for my noobishness, I am learning lol! Any help would be greatly appreciated guys

Peoples games always crash when you call in NOOSE backup, I just spawn the RPG and blow them to hell
