Alright, personally I think these two are among the best game trailers ever made.

I would like your opinion. Which one do you prefer or do you have even better trailers?

I am a diehard AC fan. And Tobuscus also has hilarious literal trailers of both of them xD!

Dead Island is really sad, and touching.

AC is badass and Ezio has a new epic face.

I think AC.

Haha, just watched the Tobuscus trailers of AC. Hilarious

I am a big AC fan too so I would go for AC as well

There are some great trailers out at the moment...

I find the Deus Ex: Human Revolution rendered trailer quite nice:

Also, some nice stuff out there for Star Wars: The Old Republic:

Looking at trailers for existing games, the Mass Effect 2 cinematic trailer is pure epicness:

These three are all quite epic. And all quite rendered. However, I think Mass Effect 2 does the best job regarding the ingame graphics.

SW:TOR has comic graphics, and Deus Ex looks a bit old compared to Mass Effect 2 - even though it is said to have a great atmosphere.

Most of the time, the trailer graphics aren't representative for the ingame graphics but to make a good trailer is hard work nontheless.

You can't just show the whole game and it must be captivating.

The star wars trailer is nice but unfortunately it is nothing like the real game.

The deus ex trailer is very good. Almost makes you think you're watching a movie.

Mass effect is very nice as well.

Thanks for the suggestions!

Alright, I found another nice trailer, this time for Batman: Arkham City:

This one is in ingame graphics, but what I really like about this one is the choice of music.

Since the plot is that Batman has to enter the slums of Gotham City that are now used as a giant prison, the song "This Ain't No Place For A Hero" fits just perfectly.

Also, like Batman: Arkham Asylum, this game is going to have a great atmosphere, I think.

EDIT: Okay, "This Ain't No Place For A Hero" is the chorus only it seems.

Song info: "The Heavy - Short Change Hero"
