Whenever I run the TitleUpdate.msi I receive a message saying " Installation failed. Run setup to install update".

 

When I run the UpdateTitle.exe I receive a message saying "Failed installing title update. See log at C :/Brian/AppData/Local/Microsoft/GFWLive/Install/Logs/titleupdate.log for details".

 

Any ideas??

    Hmm weird... Try to update your GFWL (Games For Windows Live) client, and also update to the latest .NET Framework. 
    If that does not work, do a new, clean install of the game and try again.
