Ok its not working for me I just download it then click on it but nothing happens

On the link or the tool? If it's the tool, try running it as an admin. If it still doesen't immediatly work, just keep trying to run it. It'll eventually work.

Nah still not working but why dont you make them forr cracked versions?

That will mean I will have to go out and spend $60 on a new GTA 4 disc I cracked it cuz I lost mine
