Ok, I don't know if the devs added this or anything but it was really cool. I was driving up the street when I saw a vehicle stopped in the road ahead and it looked like the owner was rifling through the trunk. As I got closer I noticed the engine was smoking and it was the hood he was looking under. I decided to site him for obstructing a public way and instead of taking the ticket he decided to book it out of there, I caught up with him and arrested him. If it wasn't a scripted thing with 0.95, oh well, but it was still very cool.

I've noticed this in GTA IV before, I don't think it's scripted with LCPD:FR, but yeah it's very cool and realistic.

yeah that happens in the normal gta4 as well.

Yes I have noticed that too when I first started to play GTA IV. I thought it was a neat feature. Also with the random traffic stops. Both though are not LCPDFR scripted.

I've seen them before but was to busy to 'help'. Anyways, the randomness of this game/mod had me from the beginning.
