Issue with police bike in Nstockade slot

So, here's my issue:

 

I have installed a police bike into the nstockade slot in my game.  The vehicles.ide line has been edited appropriately (line copied from the bobber) and the bike functions correctly in game.

 

However, despite the LCPD:FR police computer functioning correctly, AI vehicles do not respond to the siren or bullhorn (ELS V7).

 

I do not have this problem in the other "police slots".

 

Apologies if this has already been answered but couldn't spot this anywhere in the forums.
