Hello, Ever since i bought GTA IV PC last weekend, i have been having a lot of problems. 

Right now when i run the "LaunchGTAIV" as Administrator, the CD Cursor comes up and then the black window and then the window closes almost instantly and then nothing happens. 

 

I have had GTA IV PC Working before on this computer so I know its not my computer not being able to run the game.

I currently have it updated to 1.0.7.0, and have no mods installed yet.
