I would like to say hello to everyone...this is the coolest thing ive ever done or seen in a video game.(LCPDFR)..

My problem is this and i hope im in the right place to post..

 

I have GTA IV on steam...i downloaded LCPDFR and thats works fine..i Downloaded a police car that has the working ELS lights on it..

My problem is that when i get into the police car two of the lights stay on...and none of the commands work..just the siren..i thought i

downloaded ELS correctly but i guess i didnt... please help me where i went wrong..Thank you.
