Every time i attempt to access the police department my game doesn't shut down or anything like that. I just can't leave the building and all of the police department scripts cease to work.

policing.policing is not a LCPD:FR script, it's part of Bravehearts policing tools, and it might be because your only using V 1.7.1.4 of Scripthook, but unfamiliar with his script I'm not sure if that's the case, I suggest updating your scripthook from www.haxardx.com first and see if that fixes the problem, if not it might be because your folders are set to read-only.
