help me create a singapore police vehicle

can somebody help me to create a singapore police vehicle skin for me? Both sides of the vehicle design are the same. The light bar are a premire hazard type light bar. if unable to use premire hazard light, nevermind. the headlight does not flashes when the light bar are switch on. only the light bar will lit up. the vehicle type is a toyota corolla altis 2008. please make the handling heavy. here are the photos :. i hope some one could help me create this skinSPF_police_car_-_Corolla_Altis.JPGspf.jpg

    ok im going to start working on it now but do u have any chargers already that u want a skin made for or do u want me to pick one out.

    Also i cant put police on the back of the newer chargers becasue of the tail light so i can do a 2010 or i can us an impala thats closer to the car in the pic.
