Is it possible to make traffic stop spawning temporarily while you're in a chase like it does when your wanted level reaches 4 stars? would make it more realistic and easier for the friendly AI's to do work. 

And as a side note, whats up with the EMS? why are they so damn reckless? 

Set the "Vehicle Density" to zero in the "Graphics" section in pause menu . 

 

About the EMS...I don't know. lol

About the EMS, I think it's just the fact they are directed to go to ONE location, but they don't really follow the roads that much (they probably don't see the buildings and stuff) but I do know the Call for Ambulance function that comes with PoliceHelper makes them a little less reckless.

It never seems to amaze me how I can be across the street or doing something out of my vehicle and the ambulances seem to aim to hit me.It never fails it's almost to the point to where it looks like on purpose.But this is my little expernice. I cant count the times I have been masacred by EMS in this game..the AI police follow closely behind in killing me. I'm more afraid of them then I am of the citizens in this game lol
