LCPDFR and ELS asi and shook problem

Featured Replies

Hey guys. I play .91 and use els v6 but I'm having problems so here is my question. When I install lcpdfr I should use the scripthook that comes with it, and with els install I should use the dsound.dll that comes with that, correct? I figure since lcpdfr is a script I should use their scripthook and because els is a .asi file I use the dsound that comes with it. If this is right, wring or backward please help. I have a great rig but els crashes after a while so trying to troubleshoot!

Not sure if i quite catched you, but you did replace dsound shipped with LCPDFr with the one from ELS zip? It should work. Anyways, got to ELS.ini and disable the lights for the AI cops. It should fix your crashing issue.

Also it is worth nothing at ELS V6 has a tendency to cause the game to randomly crash, for many people. Not all, but many.

Do what Jacob said and you should be fine. Usually, though, you shouldn't have to check or un-check anything on the auto installer, even with other mods installed.

Thanks for the quick reply Jacob. You also use the scripthook from lcpdfr I'm guessing? Could it be that I'm running Windows 7? I havnt heard about my OS causing problems cause I run as admin and compatability (xp sp3) but I fugure it doesn't hurt to ask.
