I know the mustang and the impala are 2 different vehicles but.....If someone could point me in the direction of a 93 fox body mustang(trooper project). Or a 2003 Chevrolet Impala(unique project). I would prefer a Mustang just because of the retro ideas I have for it. They can be completely stock but they do need to be unlocked. Vehicle will be locked for release. Thanks again for any help you may offer.

 

There are no mustangs that are unlocked, period. (or I have never seen one in the last 5 years of GTA IV) Most modders don't like to release their special cars. The only ones you usually find unlocked are the ones you see the most.

The only unlocked impalas I know of are the 2006, and the 2010. They are both in this thread: 

 

 

As for a 2003 impala, I think there are some out there, but not sure if they're unlocked or not. Try checking gtapolicemods. I tried googling one and couldn't find it. Lt Caine released some old non-els impalas on GPM but not sure if they're unlocked.

Yea I have done a ton of research a cannot find any. Lt.Caines are not unlocked. Thanks anyway for the reply.

Malemute usually leaves his mods unlocked. You could try with his Mustang (I can't tell you for sure if it's unlocked since in not in the computer, check it out anyways, probably is). If not you could try to contact him (I contacted him once in order to get permission to use one of his models, he kindly agreed:) http://www.gta4-mods.com/vehicles/1993-ford-mustang-gt-f11755

Don't forget to add him in the credits, in the case you use it.
