How can I change the light reflection on ground from the lightbars?

In els 6 I must change this:

[ POLICE ]
Active = 1
Halogen_Only = 0
Color_Light1L = 0
Color_Light2L = 0
Color_Light3R = 1
Color_Light4R = 1
Color_Light7L = 3
Color_Light8C = 3
Color_Light9R = 3

But now I can't find it anywhere

 

It's in the ini of the VCF (Vehicle Configuration File) in ELS folder.

 

Example :

Extra_1 = red
Extra_2 = red
Extra_3 = white
Extra_4 = red
Extra_5 = white
Extra_6 = white
Extra_7 = amber
Extra_8 = amber
Extra_9 = amber

Ok, I wanna make PRML Blue, Secondary Red and Flash white, which of thm must I change?

The list below explains how vehicle “extra” parts are allocated according to ELS lighting tier:
- WRNL: Extras 5 and 6.
- PRML: Extras 1, 2, 3, and 4.
- SECL: Extras 7, 8, and 9.
