hey i just got my pc and when i go to click download it wont download the file nothing pops up but if i go to chrome it works? anyone now how to fix it?

    not really I never had a problem with IE9

     

     

     

    If it won't pop up something is blocking it also try right clicking it ( on  the download button ) then open in new window
