is it possible to set the Code 3 Switch (Lightstage button [J] ) to the mouse wheel Up to act more like the code 3?

 

i know caine has the Keyboard stuff but dont know if theres a way for the mouse wheel/buttons to be used..

    The codes in the INI are Virtual-Key codes, and it doesn't look like there are codes for scroll wheels. That said, you could see if there's a program out there that can take in the scroll events and emit keystrokes.
