I don't think there are any NON-ELS, ...I know that Lt.caine released a bunch of (Vanilla) Fire trucks with ELS, ..if there is a non-els fire truck it would be there

    But I only got the red and white fire truck I want the black and red :/

    go to your vehicles.img and add "+livery" at the end of the firetrukl line and it will spawn every livery including the Chicago fire livery.. also download OpenIV that will allow you to change all the liveries to the ones you want (theres 4 livery in a model)

    I don't seem to have add livery and OpenIV doesn't work on my computer I can only use SparkIV
