GTA IV Crashes Right At Start-up

Featured Replies

Hello,

I recently installed GTA IV from steam. It worked fine before, But then I did a clean installation and installed the following mods.

LCPDFR 0.95RC2

Federal Signal siren

ELS V7 :D

A CVPI that only replaces police 1. ( The only vehicle mod installed )

At first, I thought it was because I didn't update to 1.0.7.0. But when I try it said update failed. When I start GTA it starts, But right when it signs me into GFWL it just goes to my desktop.

without saying anything.

No error messages and it doesn't say GTA has stopped working.

Help would be really appreciated.

Andrew.

If I understand right I believe I had the same problem. Try uninstalling your game and patching to 1.0.7.0 then.

Hopefully I helped, if I did press the green arrow.

If I helped, I would appreciate you pressing the green arrow to the right of your screen!
