In need of help with spark iv and trainer

okay so i have GTA IV bought threw steam an i have downloaded lcpdfr an i can use it an its great so i wanted to take it to the next level an put in some cars etc...okay so do some research an i find i need spark iv so i go an download an when i open the folder there is no way for me to run spark iv..i honestly have no idea what to do can someone please help, okay my next issue is i go to try an download simple trainer 6.5 an it goes into some weird internet explorer download page an wont let me do anything further..anyone have any idea about this?

 

1. What exactly is the Issue with SparkIV? If you really can't use it, there is another Program called OpenIV. Basicly it does the Same stuff. You can get it here: http://openiv.com/
