I have been having a problem with this expedition that I recently changed the textures to a plain black model. When I spawn the car from LCDPFR, it spawns this gray color (the one on the right). If I spawn it using SNT, it'll spawn the correct black color. Another thing that happens is when I use the correct black colored expedition, it slowly turns into the gray color after about 20 minutes of using it. It's really weird.

Another problem that I have been having is some texture problems with Star Junction. I have no problems loading Star Junction during the day, but it seems as if once it hits dusk and nighttime, I had these texture problems below. This has happened every once in a while since I first installed GTA IV.

I've googled the problems to no avail. Any help?

You should get a new Graphic Card, or uninstall some car mods, those will screw up your gta

Call an exorcist.

The possible reason why your car turns into gray color is beacuse the car is dirty, you can clean him with SNT.

Like what Matosh said, the dirt textures for your car were most likely not done right. Try taking the grey car and cleaning it with SNT to fix it. Or you can find the dirt texture in the .wtd, and make the whole thing transparent so it doesn't show.

 

As for the star junction problem, it may be your graphics card.... try playing around with the graphics settings and see if it changes. What graphics card do you have? You may need a new one...

I'm going to lower my settings in the game to see if the texture problems stop. What is the name of the file for the dirt texture in .wtd? The model I'm using doesn't have an obvious file. What is the size of it? Maybe that'll help me narrow it down.
