Ok im been trying to find fixes and stuff, I have to admit its VERY FREAKING STRESSFUL and I dont want to buy another pc because I dont have the money. I just want to know how to run GTA IV on Inter HD graphics 4000 with 30-20 FPS(dont care if its low quality settings)

I run GTA IV pretty much Max settings and ENB(If it works for me :L) with an intel core i3 and intel HD300

Create a rext document in your GTA IV directory called "Commandline.tx" and paste this in:

my max fps is about 17 but it is alright with me , turn your shadows off and low seetings
