I Recently Downloaded BxBugs Hubcaps for a personal project on zmodeler i used hlsaviors Tutorial video for changing wheels and followed every step and imported the textures into OpenIV (All the textures are in the police.wtd) and when i start the game OR when i click on the .wft to view the model the hubcaps look like this...
