I just started using Fraps 3.5.99 to take some screenshots playing the game. Upon looking at the photos, I noticed that none of the ELS lights showed up in the photos. They were definitely on for the several pictures I took.

 

Anyone know what I am doing wrong or a different program that might work correctly?

    Your screenshots are taking frames when the lights are off. Just keep trying to take screenshots in different patterns of clicking. Eventually you'll get a frame with lights on.
