How long does it take to convert a vehicle from a 3D model (NOT from any game or anything) to GTA IV? (including ELS etc?)

 

I don't know how to convert vehicles, and i looked on Google to see if there is a program that does it for you... but I have had no luck in finding one so this is why I am posting this question...

There is quite a few tutorials you could look around for? click on the tutorials tab at the top, shows how to get ya started in Zmodeler.

I'd guess that it depends a LOT on the model. GTA has a very particular setup for vehicle models; there is no way you could possibly automate it (because it depends on knowing what various things represent, and "3D model not from a game" is an impossibly broad range of setups). I don't think this question can be answered as asked.
