When i search a name on the computer in the car it always comes up with not found

Is it always spelled right? I don't know much about it, that's about all I can think of... 

Names are case sensitive. Ensure you've entered them correctly.

Misspelling the name is the only time I have ever had that happen.

yeah i am spelling the names right..i always write the names down to make sure i spell it right

i'm trying everything and still not getting results on the police computer when checking licences..think i'm going to do a clean install incase something is wrong

ok i did a complete reinstall and still can't get drivers info when i do a licence check..i'm putting names in with capital letter for the first initials of the first and last names

yayyy got it sorted..i didn't notice that i had to hit F9 to check on the computer lol
