Vehicle Glitch texture problem

I have been dealing with this issue for a week and it's really annoying. It Started ever since I installed LA Revo and it seems like whenever I place an Non ELS vehicle in addon pack vehicle file to replace a car I wanted for some reason the car texture keeps glitching I uninstall LA Revo still nothing. When I deleted the .ytd files to for the cars still nothing. When I deleted the mods folder to create a new one still no luck and it glitches so when I deleted everything and started all over and place my cars back in and added my addon vehicles pack in still having the same problem. I am so toasted and annoyed and really need so help or if anyone know what could be the issue

    That's not a glitch. Its a texture issue with the vehicle. try using another vehicle pack and see if it does the same thing, if it doesn't then it's a vehicle texture issue. Have you tried reimporting the .ytd file for the vehicle?

    I assume it's the texture doesn't match the vehicle model. 9 out of 10 times that'll be the case. I would contact the developer of the vehicle and see what they say
