GTA V Open IV Help

My game keeps crashing around the palmer taylor power station out in the county. I think it has something to do with my open iv trying to load in those assets because in my log I always get the game crash around the TRACE: 'platform:/levels/gta5/_hills/country_01/cs1_09_sea.rpf' which I found is the textures and buildings for the palmer taylor power station. Does anyone know also if my .log file is too large? I do have a lot of mods installed like some map addons, real life traffic mod that replaces vanilla cars w/ real ones, some road/ light textures, and a reshader. Nothing else would have loaded into my game at the time of the crash so I know it can't be my addon vehicles or stuff like that. I do have the latest game config/heap adjusters/pack file limit adjusters, updated them all to my settings in the .ini's.. I'm at a loss at this point so if someone could at least compare their open IV log to mine that would be really helpful. It's a whole MB so I figured that was kind of large but let me know if yours also looks like that.. Thanks
