Hello I'm having an issue installing/running LSPDFR on GTA V Enhanced.
When I launch GTA V through RAGE Plugin Hook, RAGE and GTA starts and attempts to hook the game process, but it fails to hook GTA and then crashes. GTA V itself does not crash when launched normally. GTA V Enhanced runs normally without RAGE Plugin Hook. The crash only happens after RAGE fails to hook the game.
RAGE reports: Could not hook game process. Insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus.
Please try again. If the problem persists, please restart your computer.
RAGE then crashes/exits.
My GTA V Enhanced version is 1.0.1158.13, and my RAGE Plugin Hook version is 1.131.1424.17745. LSPDFR Enhanced is installed and Plugins\LSPD First Response.dll is present. BattlEye is disabled.
My PC specifications are:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660

RAM: 32 GB

Storage: SSD

I have already verified GTA V Enhanced's files through Rockstar Games Launcher, checked and modified Windows file permissions, added Windows Defender exclusions, checked Windows Defender Protection History, disabled NVIDIA/GeForce Overlay and Xbox Game Bar, tested with the ASI loader (dinput8.dll) temporarily disabled, tested with the Plugins folder temporarily disabled, and tested launching GTA normally before starting RAGE. None of these fixed the issue.
RAGE also tells me that it is creating a log when the crash occurs. It says that a log is being created, but no new RAGE log actually appears afterward. I have checked the GTA V Enhanced installation folder and cannot find the newly created log.
For context, I have vehicle mods, ReShade, Menyoo Mod Menu, and Rampage Mod Menu installed. I understand that these could potentially cause compatibility issues, but I wanted to mention my current setup so you can determine whether any of them are relevant to the hook failure.
Windows Event Viewer reports the following when the crash occurs:

The application path is:

To clarify, GTA V Enhanced itself works normally without RAGE Plugin Hook. The issue occurs specifically when RAGE attempts to hook the game process. RAGE fails to hook it, gives the "Insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus" message, and then crashes.
Could you please help me determine what is causing RAGE Plugin Hook to fail to hook this version of GTA V Enhanced? In particular, is there another diagnostic method or location where I can retrieve the RAGE crash log, since RAGE says it creates one but no new log appears?
