Posting this because when I try initiating a traffic stop the vehicle pulls over but the moment, I step out of my car the vehicles windows comes down but the vehicle pulls off like nothing happened, or if im lucky im able to walk up the the vehicle window, but then the car pulls off. it's been happening for about 2 years now. ive updated my game and my config but nothing seems to fix it.
