Can someone please tell me why as soon i load lspdfr not even 20 seconds goes by when i get npc pulling up and start shooting at me and i kill them and then i get more???

i thought it was cuz of the kuchera callouts update so i did the update but still got the same problem

This might be mission related, finish the current mission with your story mod character or
install a 100% savegame.

Thank you so much, i will do that and hopefully they dont spawn again because i cant even play lspdfr cuz they follow me everywhere i go. once again thank you
