I have been away from GTA V modding since before GTA V Enhanced was released. Could some one point me to the latest most reliable guide to launching RAGEPluginHook trough the Steam version of GTA V Enhanced? I feel like most of the info I find is out dated. For example, if I launch Protontricks, and select GTA V Enhanced, it just opens regular winetools and none of my steam games are show in winetricks even though they are shown in protontricks. I am running CachyOS. I see information about installing certain dependencies, but I am consfused since I don't have a wine prefix for steam games. I bought my GTA V copy steam.

Protontricks should show all of the steam wine prefixes. I think the worst thing to get working is net framework, if you get that to install correctly never touch it again as you have been blessed. This is one of the better guides but I didn't personally follow it word for word. Needs a lot of tinkering. Frankly I got it work for a bit, but then net framework somehow uninstalled and it is such a hassle to get it to install back into the prefix I gave up and put it on a second drive on Windows.

I'm a bit confused. LSPDFR work with GTA V Enhanced right? This is specifically what I asked for but you linked me to a guide for the GTA V Legacy Version without any clarification. Am I just supposed to swap the game ID for the enhanced version?

It's the only decent guide I know of for it at all. I assume it would be very similar. Sorry for not answering what you specifically asked for, I have no other information regarding it.

Ok thanks, I am using it as a base to play with and I think I may be making some progress. I can get RPH to launch fine in it's own folder, and it runs fine but naturally does not detect the game. If I launch RPH from the GTA V dir without Rockstart Launcher installed, it says Steam failed to initialize. I was hopping to bypass Rockstar Launcher but obviously that won't work but let's see what I can come up with still.
