RPH not hooking

Featured Replies

Hello lads, I've added my gta 5 folder to my exceptions, I've even uninstalled my antivirus and I've checked reg.
For whatever reason RPH when I launch it, launches the game but the lil text says "launching game" forever even after the game has launched, and I'm in the game.
I've reinstalled RPH maybe a 1000 times now, I can't figure what it is.

GTA 5 works fine by itself.
I've even tried launching the game first then launching RPH but no luck, I'm honestly stumped and all out of ideas.
RPH just never hooks even with the game running perfectly fine, someone please help.

Heres some notable things that may help:

RPH never said "windows migh'tve blocked these, want to unblock them?"

RPH launcher logs say it's not the steam version however it is.

Try to start gta first, once youre ingame and you can move your character start rph.

Also set your gta folder premissions:

right click on gta folder - properties - security - make sure admin, user and system have all hooks
