Good afternoon, I am wondering how I can fix the issue where I can be on duty and stuff for about 5 minutes then the game freezes and LSPDFR crashes but I stay in the game itself. I just had LSPDFR a few months ago and then got rid of it and now im going back to it so im just wondering.

    Yes, one way would be downloading Callout Interface, in there you find the file CalloutInterfaceAPI, which you have to install in the main gta folder.
    Some plugin is requiring that file.

    I also saw in your log you are missing another file, PyroCommon.dll, comes with SuperCallouts, needs to be installed in the main gta folder.

    My GTA5 is of course updating at the worst time so I will have to let you know later once its done updating.
