The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Update Deadly Weapons to the latest version.

Update TACSIMS Casual Callouts to the latest version.

Newtonsoft.Json must be in the main game folder and not in GTA V/plugins/LSPDFR.

An error occured loading GTAV/Plugins/LSPDFR/StopThePed/TrafficStopQuestions.xml. Revert your recent changes and ensure you don't have duplicated questions within the same TrafficStopQuestionGroup.

And try this:

Navigate to your GTAV/lspdfr/lspdfr.ini and set Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = true.
