Basically, whenever I start up GTA with rage plugin hook everything for my mods load, but it doesn’t load LSPDFR, and it loads me into story mode with my mods and no LSPDFR, and whenever I press F4 and reload my plugins and it says EUP menu: we have 921 vehicle model names in total. And then it says EUP menu: we have 1112 ped model names in total.

then right after it says LML attempting to initialise, then it says initialising LML interop… and then it says LML initialising failed and then the next thing after that was axon signal: latest version of axon signal installed.

Spelling mistake

could you attach the RPH log file? Also if you use the ReloadPlugins command it only reloads the plugins already loaded, try to use the command LoadPlugin LPSD First Response

If it isn't loading on the startup splash screen, then you may not have it set to load on startup. Access your RPH Settings and then go to the Plugins tab and make sure LSPDFR is selected.

Accessing the RagePluginHook Settings:

To access your RagePluginHook settings, hold Shift straight after launching RagePluginHook.
Alternatively, press the little silver cog icon when you see the RagePluginHook splash screen after launching.
