The beeping is a sign of an RPH plugin crashing, most often LSPDFR.

Policing Redefined is a much better replacement for StopThePed and Ultimate Backup (UB). You should delete StopThePed, as well as Hold Your Fire, since it depends on UB.

im not familiar with deadly weapons but after removing STP (you dont need STP or UB with PR) check the deadlyweapons .ini and any other ini for your plugins actually and make sure they're set to use PR and not STP. (ex. set false in deadlyweapons ini for using stop the ped if the option is in there).
