I keep having this error every few minutes after i load the game with my plugins and i deleted 64a.RPF because it didnt match the mp5 or whatever and verified the files and its still the same wrong mp5 code

might be a mods folder issue.
Verifying game files only verifies game files, not files in the mods folder.
Rename mods folder to _mods and see if you can play without crashing.

Then something in your mods folder is corrupt.
Make sure to have a custom gameconfig, heap adjuster and packfile limit adjuster.
If you already have that, you need to start a new mods folder
