The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

anyone know whys the animation always like this whenever the ped/suspect resisted? and sometimes after few seconds later, itd crashed the lspdfr

    Im kinda curious. Go into your trainer and disable the settings Everyone Ignore Player and Never Wanted. The never wanted one is more for cops spazzing out but just to be safe anyways. See if it persists.
