Turn signals activating when running code and spawning vehicles

Does anyone else having the issue where your turn signals keep turning on when running code or spawning vehicles? It doesn't matter if it is an addon vehicle or replaced vehicle, the right turn signal keeps turning on when I run code or spawn the vehicle.

Does anyone know how to stop this or why this is happening? maybe a key binding? Anything helps Thanks.

    Probably the native trainer that you're using. They usually have preset keybindings that automatically trigger stuff like preset vehicles spawns and so on, check the trainer.ini file.
