 If you turn on signals by E it means you didn't install ELS correct and simply it just don't work.

 

Make sure that u are using AdvancedHookV included in 1.0.5 version download

 

Also you have to install ScriptHookV - afaik most ppl follow random tutorials how to install ELS and this step is mostly forgotten
